If they get rid of this, nobody would make you work sunday. It's not like if this was repealed, all of a sudden there would be a BIG FINE for NOT selling cars on sunday. Just put up a damn 'closed' sign. Go home to your family, and enjoy your day off. Nothing is any different. And don't tell me 'well they'd go to the competition' - If that's your logic, then stop closing your doors at 3 PM and stay open all night. It's legal to sell a car at 11 PM, but you're not open anywhere near then. For all of us that work jobs that don't let us get out between the hours of 10 and 3 (seriously, that's the average dealership hours around here) the weekends are the only times we have to buy cars, and nobody buying a car is going to only spend one limited day searching. This is one of the dumbest things i've ever heard of. Completely stupid.
