Sec. 5-4. Sleeping on public beach after 9:00 p.m. prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep on the beach within the city between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and sunrise. (Code 1980, § 7-10-4)

Sec. 5-13. Changing clothes in public lavatories, etc. It shall be unlawful for any person to undress or to put on a bathing suit, change from a bathing suit to normal clothes or change from normal clothes to a bathing suit in any public lavatory or toilet room in the city without obtaining permission or consent from the owner or proprietor. Sec. 14-139. Prohibited acts in parks and other public facilities. It shall be unlawful for any person using the public parks, recreation areas, grounds or facilities of the city (referred to in this article as parks), specifically to include Chapin Memorial Library, to either perform or allow the performances of any of the following actions or conduct, unless such action or conduct is authorized, permitted or supervised by the cultural and leisure services department director or his designee. (2) Unlawful to pollute waters. Pollute waters means to willfully or negligently throw, discharge or otherwise place or cause to be placed in the waters of any fountain, pond, lake, stream, bay or other body of water in or adjacent to any park or tributary, stream, storm sewer or drain flowing into such waters any substance, matter or things, liquid or solid, which will or may result in the pollution of such waters. Sec. 9-1-113. Conditions affording food or harborage for rats. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to place, leave, dump or permit to accumulate any garbage, rubbish or trash in any building, vehicle and their surrounding areas in the town so that the same shall or may afford food or harborage for rats. Any violation of this subsection shall constitute a nuisance. (b) It shall be unlawful and constitute a nuisance for any person to permit to accumulate on any premises, improved or vacant, or on any open lots or streets in the town, any lumber, boxes, barrels, bricks, stones or similar materials and permit them to remain thereon unless the same shall be placed on open racks that are elevated not less than eighteen (18) inches above the ground and evenly piled or stacked, so that these materials will not afford harborage for rats or violate any other provisions of this chapter. Sec. 4-27. Confinement of bitches in heat and stray dogs.

 

(a) It shall be the duty of the owner, or any person having control, of any bitch to securely confine such dog and keep it concealed from view while such dog is in heat or proud.

(b) It shall be the duty of any police officer to impound any such bitch not confined as required herein.

Sec. 12-106. Hours of operation.

No sexually oriented business shall open to do business before 10:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday or remain open after 12:00 midnight Monday through Saturday. No sexually oriented business shall open for business on a Sunday. This subsection shall not apply to an adult motel, nor to a business whose hours of operation are regulated by state law.

SECTION 20-7-8915. Playing pinball machines.

 

It is unlawful for a minor under the age of eighteen to play a pinball machine.
