		<description>Sorry to say there are some but not many sub-divisions where they have their own rules, regulations and those are the local communities rules and not State or Federal laws. If you buy a home in one of those areas, you will be inform about the rules of that particular neighborhood.
Some neighborhoods you need to keep your boat in a enclosed carport so it doesn&#039;t make the rest of the area look cluttered. They do this so the neighborhood looks more appealing. My advise is don&#039;t move into a neighborhood of this type. Most of our neighborhoods aren&#039;t like this. Mostly the newer ones. Yes if you sign the contract and move in they will give you a certain amount of warnings and then you will be fined and it can go to court because you did sign a legal contract saying you will follow those rule.
Rule of thumb, check before you buy but in most cases in Hawaii you can park your boat in your yard. Check with your neighborhood board rules...</description>
