The way around the law is to not name these sex shops or sex toys but they are instead “adult stores” that sell “novelty items”. Just like the bongs aren’t bongs, there “water pipes”.

Why is there a sex shop at almost every truckstop, flea market, & mall then? I have heard of some weird laws and this will fit right in that stupid category!

Cite the code or quote the law. Alabama had passed such a law a few years back, but I’ve heard nothing about Georgia. In fact, the smallish city where I live has at least two adult novelty shops.
This site should research these so-called “laws” before they’re posted.
